C. Ryan Violette

C. Ryan Violette is an Associate Attorney at Suncoast Civil Law in Sarasota, where he focuses his practice in the areas of general civil litigation trials and appeals; contract and business law; bankruptcy law, including Chapter 7, 11 and 13 filings and disputes; foreclosure defense and resolution, including loan modification, short sale and short payoff; and credit card collection defense and consumer protection law.

Born and raised in Sarasota, Mr. Violette earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he was a member of the Beta Sigma honors society. He attended law school at the Barry University School of Law in Orlando on a three-year academic scholarship. In addition to his academic background in business administration, Mr. Violette is also a Licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson. This background gives Mr. Violette special insight into the needs and goals of his business and real estate clients as he works to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
